Return Policy
We abide strictly by the guidelines and do not ship to cities or states where Kratom is illegal.
If an order is placed with the shipping city or state that meet the criteria where Kratom is indeed Illegal, you will be issued a refund, or we will contact your right away to inform you of this mistake.
If there is any reason why you are unsatisfied with our products, we ask that you please contact us to resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of the business, we take each customer refund on a case by case basis.
We truly work with each of our customers to ensure everything is made right.
All P.O. Box orders will be shipped by the US Postal Service and do not qualify for a refund or replacement for a lost package due to the operation of the USPS P.O box system.

Time Frame
Each refund is taken on a case by case basis. If we do offer a refund and not a replacement, it will take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return. Once we receive it, it will take an additional 2 to 3 business days to process the return. Your bank could take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days to process our refund request. We will notify you by email once we have received your return and processed your refund.
Shipping
Please note, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges of your products. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
